Hualapai Cultural Center
SWI was the prime engineering and surveying firm for the construction of a 5,200 square foot, two-story Cultural Center for the Hualapai Nation located on approximately 1.9 acres in Peach Springs, Arizona. Before design, SWI provided both boundary and topographic surveys. The surveys were used to create a detailed map showing the location of the proposed Cultural Center plot within the existing parcel. SWI analyzed all existing monuments and used them to re-establish Section lines, property lines, existing center-lines, and Right-of-Way. SWI design services included grading and drainage design for a parking lot with sidewalks and low water crossing, utility layout, and coordination.
