    We design septic systems and alternate wastewater design permits for Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, VOC (Village of Oak Creek), Rimrock, Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Coconino County, and Maricopa County and beyond.

    The beautiful red rocks of Sedona are notorious for shallow soil conditions and setback issues. If your property has an issue with shallow soils, poor soil absorption, tight spaces, or challenging setbacks due to water sources or wells, call us to examine your possibilities.     Our wastewater septic system design permits serve neighborhoods such as: Highland Pines, Granite Mountain Homesites, Sedona Ranch on Oak Creek, CR Ranch, and the Aerie I subdivisions. We’ll work directly with you or your architect and builder to submit your septic permit and receive approval from County for construction and authorization to discharge.
