SWI conducted a survey of approximately 2 to 3 miles of existing and proposed Right of Way for the Rio De Flag flood control channel located within the city limits of Flagstaff. Our Project Team worked closely with the City of Flagstaff the Army Corps of Engineers throughout the duration of this project. Responsibilities included surveying the existing channel Right of Way and of the proposed new Right of Way, along with adjacent properties and areas of newly acquired Right of Way. SWI is responsible for the survey, monumentation, Record of Survey Plat map, and creation of the various Right of Way "take" legal descriptions.

SWI also performed the Engineering and GIS for this project.

This project was completed in 2007.
