SWI conducted a survey of approximately 4.2 miles of Right of Way through four sections of public lands and several private parcels of land. Responsibilities included research of all adjacent private and public parcels for record documents, performing the initial survey of the existing Right of Way for Porter Mountain Road, and conducting the aerial topographic survey for design purposes. Our continuing responsibilities are to perform the survey of the new Right of Way, a Results of Survey Plat map, legal descriptions and exhibit drawings for all the new Right of Way locations.
