SWI performed all surveying services for this 84 lot luxury home subdivision on 220 acres of prime Oak Creek frontage near Sedona, Arizona. This project included a 241 acre high accuracy aerial mapping project for the purpose of design and a FEMA Letter of Map Revision. The property is bordered by Red Rock State Park on the east, U.S. Forest Service lands on the south, and one mile of Oak Creek frontage along its north and west boundaries.

SWI also performed the engineering design and construction observation for the Cross Creek Ranch Subdivision.

This project was completed in 2005.
