Under an on-call service agreement with Coconino County, SWI compiled plans, specifications and estimates for the
reconstruction of approximately one mile of existing roadway in a growing neighborhood northeast of Flagstaff (Doney
Park). Design tasks included utilization of retaining walls to remove an existing substandard vertical alignment. Project
administration tasks included coordination with archeology professionals for mitigation of historic sites, and consultation
with adjacent landowners for property acquisition associated with the retaining wall construction.

This project was completed in 2004.
