SWI provided construction plans and inspection for site grading, drainage, utility, water, sewer connections, multi-use trail access, curb and gutter, and slope / tree resource protection for this orthopedic surgical facility situated on a steeply sloping site on approximately 4 acres in Flagstaff. This project required extensive coordination between the City of Flagstaff, Northern Arizona Orthopedics, and the developer. Care was given to minimize damage to resources in this pristine natural setting.
