SWI is preparing Preliminary Plat, Construction Drawings and Final Plat for the construction of approximately 700 residential units and commercial land divisions on 238 acres in Mohave County, adjacent the city limits of Kingman, Arizona. Supporting technical documentation has been submitted to Mohave County, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. In addition, SWI is preparing construction plans, specifications and estimate for submittal to the City of Kingman, Mohave County, ADOT, and ADEQ for approximately 14,000 linear feet of 16" water line as an extension of the city water system. The alignment begins at the intersection of Mohave Airport Drive and Route 66 along the western side of Route 66 to the main entry to the North Valley Estates.

This project is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
