SWI provided civil engineering services for site grading, drainage and wet utility schematic design, and participated in project programming for the construction of a conference center with an 800-seat ballroom, 3-story parking garage, and 6-story hotel at the northwest corner of the Northern Arizona University Campus. The project involved extensive design development programming and close coordination with two separate design teams (one for the hotel and one for the conference center and parking garage), NAU staff, and the City of Flagstaff.

This project is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
