SWI is providing infrastructure development and masterplanning, along with schematic road and lot layout for development of 2.5 and 5 acre lots on the 4 private sections east of Lone Tree Road in Flagstaff, Arizona. Utilizing available topographic data sources, SWI prepared a schematic plan view to illustrate the most plausible road alignments. Scope includes all necessary entitlement and construction documents.

SWI is also providing GIS for this project.

This project is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
