Jordan Park Ridge & Jordan Park Glen - Sedona, Arizona

SWI provided infrastructure development and masterplanning, along with schematic road and lot layout, for these luxury home communities located adjacent to each other just north of Uptown Sedona. Special precautions were made to work with existing natural features and preserve the native vegetation and landscape. As shown in the top image, natural rock retaining walls were used to minimize the visual impact of subdivision infrastructure. SWI also performed utility coordination, bridge design, and boundary survey for this project.

This project was completed in 1994.
