SWI provided design services for this project that consisted of 35,000 s.f. of commercial space constructed on 3.9 acres of hillside property with associated parking, access ways and public space. Topographical relief of the site raised many challenging issues with grading, utility construction, and ADA accessibility. The initial 2 phases of the project required installation of an on-site wastewater treatment plant and effluent disposal system. SWI provided Grading, Drainage and Utility plans for the project, as well as plans for widening Highway 179 to accommodate turning movements. SWI also provided engineering design for the treatment plant and disposal system.
