SWI performed services from entitlement through construction documents for a 39 acre subdivision with 55 single family homes and 27 multi-family homes. The development consists of internal asphalt paved streets with curb and gutter, sidewalk, water and sewer system, and storm sewer design. The site is bisected by Cataract Creek for which a FEMA Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) was performed as part of this project. This project involved preparing a Final Plat as required by the City of Williams platting process.

Construction will begin in late 2007.
