SWI provided infrastructure for this 80-unit luxury home community while taking special precautions with the native vegetation and landscape. More specifically we provided engineering design, plans, and specifications for the sewer line extension, water line extension, drainage, roads, box culverts, reinforced fill slopes, and other site development. Sewer design included a low-pressure system consisting of 1 1/2- inch to 3-inch pressure pipeline for collection system, and an 18,600 gpd phased wastewater treatment package plant, disposal system and 80 individual pump stations. GPS equipment was utilized for topography, construction tasking and contouring.
