SWI assembled plans, specification and estimates and provided supplemental construction management services for the reconfiguration/reconstruction of the entrance road to Fort Tuthill County Fairgrounds and recreation complex. The project required significant coordination with the Coconino County Parks and Recreation and Public Works Departments, as well as with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Future realignments of Highway 89A will deviate west into the park, and the Tuthill entrance road was designed to readily adapt to this future ADOT alignment.

This project was completed in 2004.
