SWI identified the necessary property rights and ensured the project alignment was clear of all utility conflicts prior to construction of new drainage facilities for the Rio de Flag by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This included preparation of complete plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the utility relocation effort and for the acquisition of property rights for construction of the $54 million Rio de Flag Flood Control project.

SWI also performed the Survey and GIS for this project.

This project is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
