Shephard-Wesnitzer, Inc. Moves to New Office in Cottonwood

Shephard-Wesnitzer, Inc., (SWI), the leading civil engineering and surveying firm in Northern Arizona, moved to new and larger offices in Cottonwood earlier this year, at 1756 East Villa Drive, Suite C-17.

SWI was founded in 1990, and opened its first office in Cottonwood in 1995. SWI started with four employees and today has more than 60 full-time employees in offices located in Prescott, Cottonwood, Flagstaff and Sedona. An office in Kingman will open in early 2007.

"With the fast-paced growth in the Verde Valley, we needed more room to expand our staff and respond to the community needs," said Jim Binick, Vice President for SWI.

SWI's multi-disciplinary staff delivers assistance beyond basic engineering services to address environmental, social and aesthetic concerns, while providing innovative solutions to design challenges. It has grown to the point of managing multi-million dollar projects in design, civil engineering and construction management, serving public and private sector clients throughout Northern Arizona, as well as Southern Utah and the four corners region. Current projects in the Cottonwood office include Mountain Gate in Clarkdale, Indian Lakes in Rim Rock, and Grey Fox Ridge in Cottonwood.
